**Please Note:** For hygiene and safety reasons, we **do not accept returns** on personal care, hair color, or opened beauty products unless they are damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

* Products purchased on **sale, promotions, or clearance**.
* Opened or used products.
* Gift cards, vouchers, or digital products.

3. Return Process.

A. Contact our Customer Support team at admin@gaffarmarket.online/8810434325/WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.
B. Our team will review your request and provide approval along with return instructions.
C. Once approved, return the product securely packaged to the address provided.
D. Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the status of your return.

4. Refunds

* If approved, refunds will be processed to your **original payment method** within **7–10 business days**.
* Shipping charges, if any, are **non-refundable**.
* In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Replacement Policy

* In case of damaged or incorrect products, you may opt for a **replacement instead of a refund** (subject to availability).
* Replacement requests must also be raised within **7 days** of delivery.

6. Cancellations.

* Orders can be cancelled **before shipment** only. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
